Refund policy

At Rocky Ridge Handyman, we want you to feel confident when booking our services. While most of our work is service-based and non-refundable once completed, we do offer a fair refund and cancellation policy:

🛠 Service Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a $170 minimum service fee.

🛠 Refunds on Prepaid Services

  • If a prepaid service cannot be performed due to circumstances on our end (e.g., scheduling conflicts, technician unavailability), you will receive a 100% refund.

  • If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, please contact us within 7 days. We will either return to fix the issue at no additional cost or offer a partial refund at our discretion.

🛠 Products and Materials

  • Materials purchased through Rocky Ridge Handyman are non-refundable once installed.

  • If materials are defective or incorrectly ordered by our team, we will cover the cost of replacement.
