Rocky Ridge Handyman is hiring a Front Desk Associate and Lead Intake Coordinator to support our growing office team in the Denver metro area.
This position is responsible for helping manage incoming customer communication, organizing new project requests, distributing leads fairly among Project Coordinators, and supporting scheduling and material-order coordination.
This is a full-time hourly position with compensation ranging from $16 to $18 per hour depending on experience.

The Front Desk Associate and Lead Intake Coordinator plays an important role in the daily operation of Rocky Ridge Handyman.
This person is often one of the first points of contact for new customers and helps make sure incoming opportunities are organized, responded to, and routed to the appropriate Project Coordinator.
The position also supports the office team with scheduling, customer communication, basic project organization, and material-ordering assistance.
About the Position
The Front Desk Associate and Lead Intake Coordinator helps keep the office organized and the sales process moving.
This position does not require extensive construction experience, but familiarity with home repair, remodeling, construction terminology, or building materials can be helpful.
The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with customers, working with multiple projects at once, and helping coordinate information between customers, Project Coordinators, estimators, and field technicians.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Respond professionally to new customer inquiries
- Organize incoming project requests
- Distribute leads fairly among Project Coordinators
- Help ensure customer inquiries are not missed or left unanswered
- Assist Project Coordinators with scheduling
- Assist with material-ordering coordination
- Help organize customer and project information
- Support communication between office staff and field personnel
- Update customer and project records
- Help maintain organized schedules
- Assist with general office coordination
- Follow established lead-intake procedures
- Maintain professional communication with customers and coworkers

Construction Knowledge

The Front Desk Associate should be willing to continue learning so they can better understand customer requests and communicate project information accurately to the office team.
Customer Communication
Strong communication is one of the most important parts of this position.
The Front Desk Associate may speak with homeowners, property managers, commercial customers, Project Coordinators, estimators, technicians, and vendors throughout the day.
Applicants should be comfortable listening carefully, taking accurate notes, asking appropriate questions, and communicating information clearly.
Lead Intake and Distribution
Incoming customer opportunities must be handled consistently and organized properly.
This position helps receive new project requests and distribute them fairly among Rocky Ridge Handyman Project Coordinators.
The goal is to help make sure each inquiry receives appropriate attention while maintaining an organized workflow across the sales team.
Scheduling Support
The Front Desk Associate may assist Project Coordinators with scheduling customer appointments, project visits, estimate appointments, and other office-related scheduling needs.
Strong organization and attention to detail are important because multiple projects and customers may be active at the same time.
Material Ordering Assistance
This position may also assist Project Coordinators with material-ordering support.
Responsibilities may include helping organize material information, communicating with vendors, confirming order details, and supporting office coordination related to project materials.
This position is not expected to independently create complex material takeoffs or technical construction estimates.
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from:
$16 to $18 per hour depending on experience
This is an hourly base-pay position.
There is no commission structure associated with this role.
